KLM Business Class Features
The services provided to Business Class customers are definitely a huge step up from that of the Economy Class. The higher admission price of the Business Class is justified by its features and additional perks. With a KLM Business Class ticket, you will get the following:
Priority Boarding (SkyPriority)
You will be one of the first passengers to board the flight which will get you to your seat sooner. You won’t have to wait for long periods in the flight boarding queue.
Comfortable Full-Flat Seats
The KLM Business Class seats can be converted into fully-flat beds making your flight journey more comfortable.
KLM has blocked its middle seats on Business Class (only for flights operating within Europe). This means you will get more privacy and legroom.
High-Quality Food & Drinks Service
When the customer is all settled in their flight seat, the airline welcomes them with a glass of champagne or jus d’orange. The meals served in Business Class are cooked by some of the top Dutch chefs.
Each passenger traveling in the Business Class is given proper attention by the cabin crew. You can request any kind of special assistance during your flight journey.
You can easily get your laptop or mobile device fully charged during the flight with the help of the In-Seat Power (USB-A or 110V AC).
When you board the flight, you will find a comfort kit on your seat. The kit has been created by Jan Taminiau and features essential items for long-haul travel (skincare products, eye mask, earplugs, and more).
Inflight Entertainment & Wi-Fi Service
The Inflight Entertainment System of KLM is second to none. You can choose from a variety of Movies and TV Shows to enjoy during your Business Class travel. The inflight entertainment screen has a width of 16 to 18 inches. You can also use the free-of-cost inflight Wi-Fi service to stay connected to friends and family.
KLM Business Class Seats
The primary reason behind getting a flight upgrade is to have spacious and more comfortable seats. This is especially key when you are traveling on a long-haul flight. If the seat is not comfortable and the flight duration is long, you won’t feel relaxed by the end of the journey. Customers looking to upgrade to KLM Business Class would be pleased to know that the seats on Business Class are some of the best you will find on any airline.
KLM Business Class Upgrade offers 7.5 cm of extra legroom when compared to the standard Economy Class seats. Business Class seats also feature a 12.5 cm recline. Since the middle seats are blocked on flights within Europe, you will either get the aisle or a window seat. As mentioned earlier, you will get full-flat seats in Business Class. You will also get additional storage space.
