Eurowings Airlines Baggage Allowance

It is essential to know the maximum dimensions limit for the respective type of baggage before you fly with an airline. Eurowings provides detailed information on this for every baggage category: Hand Baggage, Checked Baggage, Special Baggage, Sports Equipment.

Hand Baggage: Under the Hand Baggage, passengers can bring onboard a trolley bag or sports bag with the maximum dimensions of 55 x 40 x 23 cm and 8 kg in the weight limit. You can also carry with you a small bag which should fit under the seat in front of you with maximum dimensions of 40 x 30 x 25 cm.

Checked Baggage: The maximum combined size limit is 158 cm for Checked Baggage. The maximum weight limit allowed is 23 kgs but you can go up to 32 kgs with a surcharge.

Special Baggage: A baggage that is larger than the 158 cm combined dimensions limit or heavier than 23 kgs is put under the Special Baggage or Bulky Baggage category.

Sports Baggage: No charges will be applied for Sports Baggage if you pay for it with a Eurowings Credit Card.
