- Unless an extension has been implemented, flight credits are valid until the expiry date shown on your flight credit.

- Flight credits issued after the 31st of January 2019 for bookings made on or before the 30th of September 2021 are valid for bookings and travel until the 31st of December 2023.
- Flight Credits can only be applied to fares of equal or greater value than the original fare purchased unless your original booking was made before September 30, 2021.
- Your Flight Credit can be applied to multiple future bookings.
- Passengers can simply book their Qantas tickets and assure that they travel by December 31, 2023.
- If you do not use the entire value of your Flight Credit in one transaction and the balance is more than $2, a new Flight Credit with the same expiry date will be issued.
